@Andrew Chime- it seems that the generic consumer might finally be tightening their spending belts in reaction to the rate increases in the past 10 months to combat the inflation and try to avoid recession .....this likely will affect STRs until these get handled ....this doesn t mean that there arent proeprties that will still be great opportunities now
