I asked for specifications book but the developer said they will leave it up to us as long as it complies with the plans, they have some specifics there but not too specific (ie they said dunn edwards paint but not to what color, not even if it is smooth finish or orange peel, that doesnt bother me much).

Putting a window in tastefully, and doing hard coat stucco that ties into the rest of the house could really make it a winner, and if the home is brick, stucco could work great if you paint the brick the same color with masonry paint.

Mind changer is a factor, if you pay me 5 times to paint the same wall 5 times, just because you don't like the color, that's a no no for me.
