Hello all: I just got my insurance premium bill for a SFR I own in Cape Coral.

Old concrete can be power washed and a coloring stain can be put on it.

I asked for specifications book but the developer said they will leave it up to us as long as it complies with the plans, they have some specifics there but not too specific (ie they said dunn edwards paint but not to what color, not even if it is smooth finish or orange peel, that doesnt bother me much).

He said - I can't tell you what he said...but it was colorful!

He examined the second-floor bathroom, where silver faucets were offset by walls painted in a “toasted almond” color, a pairing seen in many Starwood Waypoint homes because the firm purchases those items in bulk.

Putting a window in tastefully, and doing hard coat stucco that ties into the rest of the house could really make it a winner, and if the home is brick, stucco could work great if you paint the brick the same color with masonry paint. 

A 3/3 high rise Condo will run way over a million dollars.You may be better served looking a bit further north at Cape Coral or even as far north as Port Charlotte.

BTW - we are referring to the home as The Spearmint Rhino due to her luxurious color, not because there is a stripper pole in the attic, but don't worry - we may add one.

Mind changer is a factor, if you pay me 5 times to paint the same wall 5 times, just because you don't like the color, that's a no no for me.

@Michael Basta,nicely done, you brought light into that old house (ahem cave).if you don't mind me asking, what color/code paint you used?
