It has been recently upfitted & modernized to become a unique getaway (AirBnB) filled both with character & luxurious amenities for guests to stay both in style & comfort.

One other question if you know are they attempting to be like a REIT or are they, seems similar. 

I don't attempt to compete with it.

The reason why the score is low reflects the character of the tenant, always look deeper than the number itself.

The only experience I've had with PPR is that they have not responded to my numerous attempts to contact them from their website, so I couldn't tell you anything about them other than they are most likely way understaffed.
