@Melanie HeigesThe cable from Spain to Virginia Beach has been laid underground finally and there is going to be a giant data hub similar to Ashburn VA near corporate landing.There’s tons of develop that is going to create jobs and hopefully make the market boom.They are also building a giant sporting complex near the convention center.

Alternatively, if you're willing to expand your market to 20+ miles outside of Boston but still along the trains, there are many MFs that will meet your requirements such as Brockton and Tauton that is not incredibly far from Boston center but have a nicer price tag attached to them.

Have been through something similar.With regard to the other two, closing is not scheduled until after FLORENCE passes so that’s an interesting problem set as well and one which I am open to advice as well.My family is safe and out of the area, and I will be manning the emergency operations center on base (I’m military) until we get the all clear to poke our heads out.Thanks in advance.
