I recently was forced to move out of a unit due to the owner wanting to reclaim that particular unit to “upgrade” it.Anyways, after all that I was still charged a couple of cleaning fees for the carpet/furniture in the bedroom which totaled to $80.I wanted to know if that is acceptable to do considering there are no damages apart from (minimal) normal wear and tear.

They look cool, sure they’re big and bulky but they reflect what’s to come in the future and give off that Jetsons vibe. :)I personally wouldn’t remove them since the only disadvantage is the difficulty with working around them, look preference or potential maintenance in the future, I’d definitely see younger singles or couples love this.Best of luck.Cheers!

These would be great questions for a lender.Keep in mind, that your monthly payment will increase with the lower down payment and you will pay mortgage insurance. but sometimes that might be worth it to keep more of your capital in your pocket for rehabbing and furniture purchasing if you choose to rent furnished rooms.
