Any other 'red tape' needed to get this space tenant occupied?

Hi Jonah...Huntsville is such a red hot market right now.

The fact that these questions are being asked is the only red flag needed (for most people).My thought has always been that it's better to have an vacant house than a nightmare house. 

Well, you will see my responses in bold that show the facts vs some guy sitting on the internet thinking he/she knows what they are talking about.
