They jump around definitions back and forth like Bitcoin being a currency and a store of value based on which side of their statement has just been questioned.  

I would assume the reviews they have with them are on the lower side, and bigger PM companies are known to struggle with attention to detail on properties.

I have an event coming up in November for private money lenders (one for passive PMLs who are doing it as a side hustle and one for experienced small- to mid-sized PML business owners) in Las Vegas.

Still, it makes sense because oftentimes some of the rents have never been raised for years, and those NW side neighborhoods have increased rent dramatically! 

I think the issue is going to be more on BP side of how do you collect and monitor this, and is it really worth it, or do you just ban someone for a month for first offense, 3 months for second and lifetime for 3rd...

It was a good investment if i would move out and rent my side out it would have a 17% coc. yes one side came with renters CMHA

I personally wouldnt work with a discount broker on the list side as there is a decent amount of money that goes into presenting a good listing.
