I would not choose either and would continue looking.Tenant A will end up costing you your down stairs tenant due to the noise of the baby and they do not have any money regardless of their income.

Hey all, I am still a fresh baby in the wholesaling so I could use some help here: Seller owes about 20k on the mortgage, home is estimated at 102k, Seller is asking 112k.
