If you happen to be in a LIHTC area, then I do have an impact lender who might do a OTC loan, but it would be with limited recourse options.Non-Recourse options are very tough to find these days, even at banks.

What would be the cash impact to your situation and does it change anything as far as your risk?

Here are some specific questions i have:1. are there certain locations where revenues may be impacted by seasonal weather changes, like for example heavy rainfall for 1 out of 3-4 months will drop revenue significantly, or excessive heat/cold for seasons will bring significantly less customers?

I expect to be at least $40k (for 2 units that have been in operation since 1999 so well established) below my 2019 numbers (so below numbers from before any COVID impacts).   

Technical issues with "impact studies" results and who pays for mitigating environmental issues is another.On small projects, equipment upgrade costs for substations can be a showstopper.
