Bryan, Out of curiosity... what material are you framing your houses with?

I have a few questions (personal curiosity) as to how its all set up.Not that I have any one off hand that would fit the profile, but I work with several elder law attorneys in the area who may have clients in the situation you described.

That poster is simply saying that their private lender permits the interest to accrue during the holding period for the rehab project.

Out of curiosity, what led you to investing in Abilene?

I basically changed my lease to split the rent payment and half was due on the 7th and half was due on the 21st, with late fees accruing at each date.

Late fees begin accruing immediately.

I am an engineer by trade and sometimes out of curiosity, I look where I shouldn't have, and this had in the past lead me to some big headaches.

@Sedat Coban just for the sake of curiosity, did you end up buying this property?

He said that even though the redemption period has passed the certificates continue to accrue interest until the actual 7 year expiration date.

My thought process in the past was dont occur to much or any debt and your credit will be fine, now i guess accrue a little and take care of it asap.
