I purchased a cabin in the smokies a few months ago and have gotten a handful of visitors and reviews.

Unfortunately, I don't have a visitor policy in my lease (again, I've learned a lot from my 'new landlord ignorance') but I want to protect myself.  

I am wanting to keep them a live/dynamic document that visitors can use via the web to analyze.

We've tested lots of different formats over the last 2 years... just under 1 million visitors to our members sites in 2014... and that format currently is working great.

They are not letting delivery persons to come to my door and deliver i have to pick everything up downstairs.Today i wasn't home and had a technician come to fix my fridge, the front desk wrote his name in the visitors book but told him they couldn't call or let him up. technician called me but only my mother is disabled was home so she couldn't go get them.What happens when my mother has assisted transportation come to pick her up will she have to go downstairs to let them in???

I'm just about to turn 25 so I'm a strange visitor in these parks and I'm immediately written off as some young chap looking to buy for his grandfather or just completely confused.

Obviously Disney is in town and employs a lot of people, and draws a lot of out of state and out of country visitors.

We put in an alarm after that and it's rented now, but if it becomes vacant again, I'll make sure all visitors see/know there's an alarm system.

I don't think I would put in LEDs in the hallways or common areas that are easily accessible or within arms reach, as tenants or visitors may be inclined to "borrow" the bulbs.In our area Costco has 2 LED floodlight bulbs for $11.99 which is a pretty great deal.
