This is just one more example of how the state supports tourism growth, especially on the coast and STR property owners here are the ones that benefit the most. 

I guess in a few hours if tourism spikes in STL there could be a big need for Airbnbs.

Also considering the nearby cities for both tourism and inhabitants which will influence your occupancy. 

I think, Colombia's got a potential Tourism market and therefore a good potential Real Estate Investment.

That means pretty much buying short-term rentals where they're unregulated and there is a lot of tourism all year round.The best way to buy great properties cheaper is to either buy them pre-construction or develop my own project.

There are a ton of sales jobs here in several different sectors (aerospace, bioscience, financial services, software, data storage, energy, medical, tech, outdoor recreation/tourism, agriculture, etc. and there is a ton of VC money here for startups). 

Hi Peter,Unfortunately, I work in the tourism business and it hasn't come back in full force since the pandemic, so cash flow is paramount.

I know lots of people in the area that do great with this strategy, we attract ALOT of visitors from either the navy base, business, health care and/or tourism. 

The ambience there is a lot less going against tourism in comparison to what we have been seeing a lot in for example the Gracia area where we live with a lot of graffiti on the walls.
