The area that I'm currently looking at is sometimes referred to as the second Camden since it seems like they are pushing everyone out of Camden to that area due to the new construction from the Medical school and if I remember correctly a new practice arena for one of the sports teams is also being built in Camden.

That being said Fairbanks sports a Lower housing price than anchorage, and a lower overall cost of living than Anchorage.As to the economics Most Alaskans are predicting an economic slump due to low oil prices. 

Doing 1 deal a month is my sport term goal.

Although I'm not keen on sports metaphors, I think of this business as having a limited number of home runs on the front end.

I like to play and watch just about all sports, and in my free time hang out with my 4 month old daughter!

Add to that the allure of California, great economy in so cal, the ocean, amusement parks, medical centers, high tech, manufacturing, entertainment, recreation, sports teams, universities, etc., and it all creates a strong demand for housing and commercial space. 

The brand also comes with certain features that are inherited like good schools or shopping.TWO: livestyle - if you drive a sports car you are "fast & succesful" if you drive a big expensive SUV you are "tough and successful" and you haul arround marine engines and logs of timber all the time LOL.

You guys have been making some noise in the sports world lately.

I think there are plans for a sports center (you can walk to).
