@James PalmerUsually within 2 minutes of when I walk around and in a house.On occasion there are times when we really get into the numbers more and do a bunch of analysis.Initially it took much longer.

There's clearly a correlation (just like there is a correlation between ice cream sales and swimming pool deaths).What I said there was no indication of a causation effect, which is true based on the information you provided.I've tried on multiple occasions to explain to you the difference between correlation and causation, but you either don't get it or are ignore it.

There are occasions when something is done to fix a problem, but either creates a new problem, or did not actually solve the original problem.If any new work is required, you may think about finding your own contractor to do it, or let the PM know that you will be paying the contractor directly.
