The thing is, in a perfect case scenario, the sellers would like to sell the land together and sell to someone who would be able to develop a subdivision here, but they are so strapped with medical bills and finances, they just want to get out.The good: There are two major subdivisions that have been built (Santa Rita Ranch) very close to the land.The bad: I haven't worked with this much land beforeThe ugly: (Please refer to the bad).Any insight or recommendations as to approach and/or potential exit strategies would be greatly appreciated!

Also, I lived in a rental with a reglazed tub, and there were strict rules on what I could do to it (no suction mats in the tub, specific cleaners, etc...) or the warranty would be void.

Add to that the facts that 1) the land in Point Mackenzie likely needs a lot of development before major expansion and 2) the currently populated aras of the Mat-Su Valley will have an equal distance to travel whether they use the bridge or on the existing highway route and 3) Anchorage is the 'big city' with a much higher proportion of 'culture' and infrastructure....
