Hello, I've been tossing this idea around and doing the math and would love the communities thoughts - Theoretically, let's say your annual income would allow you to save $100K a year.

Think about what renters in your target market value most, such as green spaces, community centers, or high-speed internet access.BTR is a rapidly growing sector, and careful planning of these factors can help ensure your project is successful.

Also considering a coastal STR in some of the smaller beach communities.
