As a former forex trader, i appreciate the value technical analysis brings, and this tool is built on just that.

That is the difference between a Trader and an Investor.

If it were that simple then it would be extremely easy to print billions within a few years doing forex trading. 

If your answer as an experienced stock trader is don't buy, thats fine.

The best help i ever got in investing came for this pro trader (David Gresty Miroslav) a pro-trader who i met through a friend.

I was thinking something like a Trader Joe's (small footprint grocery that people will travel to shop at) and maybe another coffee shop or restaurant.

(and reimburse  - without padding or markup - for any materials needed)For ex, I know that changing out a faucet shouldn't take more than 45 mins, so if a handyman tries to charge $ 150 (excluding the faucet itself)  for this simple task, i might feel exploited.Depending on where you live, quality reliable handymen can fetch between $20-50 per hour  (vs federal min wage is less than $8/hr) so this is pretty good for work that doesnt even require a high-school GED IMO.

For ex - a contract typically mentions that all work will be done in a workman like manner , now what is work manlike manner is an entire topic but I can definitely say that " we do like this all the time and so it is workman like" The judge will kick the contractor out in no time .

In fact day traders flip the same stock many times tax free in IRAs.
