I would council that all folks build their proforma first, inside the process of underwriting between 50 and 100 development deals (where you have no intention of doing the actual deal).

Our mayor, John Suthers, also spoke and we are making some good strides in addressing homeless issues (city council just allocated an additional $500,000 to the Springs Rescue Mission and Salvation army), and they are actively working to increase our funding for fire fighters and police.

It’s quicker and less expensive than an eviction process since in Ohio an LLC has to hire legal council to represent the company titled property in eviction proceedings.

In January we will find out if the city council will amend their policy and allow these.
