What's your thought on the abundance of information and content and media out there, especially in the real estate world?

I always try to focus on a mind of abundance and opportunity, so with that in mind I know that no matter what happens there’s always a way to be successful in RE.

Think in abundance. 

I've always been in the mindset of "do it yourself", but am switching into an abundance mindset that involves bringing more people along with me on my journey towards financial freedom and prosperity. 

There's lots of abundance-minded investors working in the area!

I would definitely hit the other markets.....especially the philly market....i follow a guy on IG that buys a lot in the philly market......Its prolly more competition but the opportunities are prolly more abundant than your home market

With an abundance of work-from-home for the few tech giants in King county, it seems to be less of a problem for many, but I would be interested to know if there were any pockets in King county and surrounding where rents aren't being paid.

Never thought about the abundant of people who view and line up for those deals.

Also, I'm again approaching this opportunity with an abundance mentality; resisting the urge to place self-limiting beliefs that this isn't for me and that I should "start small," or not pursue something that could have been introduced for a reason.Going into this meeting with the seller's agent, I've located a buyer's agent who has investors with the capability to purchase, in the right locations.
