I took the broker's test, aced it in under an hour, the agent's test is not hard at all, the broker's test is more to law and regulation and still isn't hard.Investors don't need all the info in a broker's class, just need to be aware of relationships so they don't step in it and tick off some broker which will cause all the agents to hear about you, you don't want that in your community.
