Thanks for sharing, saw some of the webinar from the wallstreetoasis link.Curious how they communciated this to the original investors, cause them seemed to infur on the webinar that the 18% is such a great deal and better then what we would have offered the original investors.

Just put yourself in the shoes of the other side of the deal and consider what numbers would make sense for them.Appreciate the advice !

You can accept the settlement. 

The more financial assets the better.

Remove the commission (Or just make it very small) and have the rest negotiated into the deal with the seller.

The people who are successful, probably are already in the business or have some background and really do not generate any more knowledge from the training.
