The same thing generally holds true for journals, blogs, podcasts, amazon FBA, Shopify stores, etc.In real estate, a rental property with a property manager is pretty passive.

I recomend doing a web search on them in terms of their company and work social accounts.

Rent one side of the home by the room, STR, MTR, build an additional room to increase rent, store an RV in the backyard, etc.

Vern,  I am in complete agreement with you about why there can't be a place on the web (Connected Investors is too busy promoting their in-house lending company Lending Tree, to be willing to provide a forum for this type of thing.

I Been in California City since 2009 and a quite few things has changed they now have a quit a few stores that they didn't have  my mother and sister are still located out there.
