We are able to have different numbers for different mailers campaigns e.g. one number for postcards, one number for yellow letters.

About 2-3 weeks later we mailed Yellow Letters to that same group of owners and our response rate essentially quadrupled.

I got tax delinquent property data from my county, did a lot of cleansing and parsing and came up with a potential list of roughly 1200 properties that I want to send yellow letters too.

I recommend a return address, we had a large number of bounce backs and were able to save some money by not mailing the same guys on Round 2 (yellow letters).

well my most was mostly sarcastic ;)I do like the yellow on green though, I just think that particular yellow is a little too close to mustard for most people.

In the past I have sent regular absentee yellow letter marketing only to find that some of these owners turned out to be Buyers not interested in selling.Should there be distinctive verbiage on the postcards or letters to these type of absentee owners?

But my favorite way is to pull a list from listsource absentee owners, 100% equity, last sale date last 6 months and Mail yellow letters or postcards.
