With-in 6km of the city close to public transports and some shopping.

The area curb appeal, rating of the nearby schools, and the existence of nearby public transportation and a nearby stop for it. 

I did some research and 10k is a pretty good steal especially for 3, but then there are also transporting costs, etc.  

For such a small amount it will likely cost someone more to transport a skid steer to load it than to simply buy it.....but maybe you’ll get lucky.

Or is to far out there and to far from public transport (15 minute walk to metro).

The State Department of Transportation I am assuming this must want to widen this highway and that way these are in this deteriorating mode.

I hope it will appreciate, like most areas in the outer-boroughs that are reasonably close to public transport and good schools.The kids are 3 and a half and 1 and a half at the moment.
