There are a couple of additional things to point out.Transfer tax percentage is not uniform throughout the state of PA; the state portion is 1%, then the school district and county can set some percentage that is in addition to the state's share - most localities have an extra 1% to total to the 2% mentioned in another post, but places like Reading, Phikadelphia and Scranton for example have a much higher total (at least double the 2%).

The "why" to this post, is me figuring out if it makes sense to chase the ever illustrious OWC financing or go after traditional financing with a strong rate.. the fact he/she is offering it seems great, I just know nothing about it and I don't want to reach out knowing nothing and come off as uniformed and wasting their time.
