You may be locked in on that amount until the lease expires.  

Does the prepayment have to be determined before the lender locks in a rate, or is this something that can be negotiated afterwards.

These home value increases(in high prop tax states) and insurance increases is not causing a real cliff like price change to the absolute mortgage cost, but it's definitely creating an uneasy feeling to alot of people who have locked in low rates and are seeing massive YoY changes in their monthly amount.

We have about 7 months until the the rate lock payments start to kick in and the project is supposed to be complete.  

We are seeing that play out now with some Syndicates losing props for 100% capital wipe out for their investors or locking up capital for looong time etc etc..

I'm toying with an idea for a system that would handle guest communication workflows using AI, analyze the feedback, and also trigger surveys post-stay/review for tracking performance.As far as I can tell, there's nothing out there that does those 3, but perhaps there are separate services that provide some or more of those.

I'm thinking the liquidity of the HELOC would be great to pull the trigger on a good deal when it comes and I don't want to pay interest on taking out money I'm not actually using yet since I haven't found a property yet.
