I have seen many owners show up at the auction and hand the cryer a cashiers check paying off their loan they are allowed to do this is they are the owner and the auction never goes through Dangerous thing to do if for some reason your stuck in traffic and cant get there ( seen that happen to).

Crime was way more than it was shown in city database as most of the things were never reported.Actual rent collection was only $4200 by 18 tenantsPark had very bad repo in area (Which was known to us)What we did after buying:Worked on road (new milling road), removed extra trees, cleaned 40-50 dumpster of trash.Worked with city development agencies to remove bad tenants via evictions or stationed police officers on weekend to deteriorate drug traffic, incentivized good tenants to provide us video /call cops with videos so that cops visits are frequent.Removed bad homes and brought in 7-8 newer homes from other parks.Repaired around 19 houses in last 18 months and brought up average rent $680 per home.

Winter months mean higher prices because of the higher demand, but summer vacationers can be great too (except for John Candy).Rather than chasing potentially profitable deals, figure out who your target market is (an overworked Air Traffic Controller from Atlanta), figure out what they want/need, supply that, then market the property in Atlanta.When you find the property that meets those needs, the ability to rent it for less than 30 days is a bonus.

There's some inherent negatives about that and the house would be a hard pass for some people of different cultures but I am less worried about the superstitious or spooky aspect but rather the parades of traffic this property would incur whenever there's a service or event.

well if it creates way more traffic etc that could be negative.. but in most jurisdictions like what was mentioned above developers have to send out written notice to all landowners within ( 300 feet) Is state of Oregon rules.. so most anyone who has owned property in some sort of path of progress has gotten these types of notifications.
