I know I'm probably making mistakes along the way, but its been a valuable learning process. 

I am new to the real estate game. I have 2 properties now one I live in but Short Term Rent it when not home which is a lot. The other is a Single Family long term rental. Just trying to find out more and better ways ...

Seen that play a few times.. this whole sub to being taught to under capitalized or starter investors who don't know what they don't know and learn this on line is just so very dangerous.

I haven't heard of the ability to add additional $250k primaries, but I'll have to dig in to try to learn more about that!  

I'm eager to learn about how to find and fund properties that help my family financially and my community with affordable/reasonable dwellings for young families and newlyweds.

He didn't learn Sub-To and other tricks until he was more experienced, and he had the money to pour into it and absorb mistakes.

I think you need to find a good local agent, network with investors(local meet ups, FB groups, etc) and learn more to dial in the gameplan. 

I am actively learning how to comp properties and would like any tips and/or tricks on how to better comp.

Then you can self-manage and learn all about tenants, contractors, etc.
