"Normal" inherited tenants can be difficult.  I

I am located about 35 minutes from the property I am currently trying to rent so it adds a level of difficulty. 1-Everyone wants to see and tells me "I'm on the way!"

I also think that those "outside factors you have no control over" that contribute to a neighborhood improving have been a guessing game, but are actually able to be tracked because of advances in technology over the past couple of years. 

I'd like to see more emphasis on partnerships between ISU and the DSM area, perhaps technology transfer, etc - with an effort to diversify the economy. 

The difficulties are that people will sometimes think that because you are young that you lack experience.

It's 2018 and no reason why you can't leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

I add additional profit for the estimated time and difficulty of the project.

In some cases, they vary that much in the same town.This creates a situation where I have to explain to people the difficulty of buying in certain areas.

One difficulty we had was it took until 2017 before we could find a lender that would lend to us.
