I had been so focused on developing my career and renovating my house I never really had much thought to learn about on real estate investing, up until the last year or two.

A friend and I were planning on buying a rental property for our senior year to get our real estate investment careers started.

In my previous CRE career, I've was on the sale and buy side of middle market RE ($10m-$150m deals, probably $500m worth of deals) and we had many deals with no T12; etc etc.

And every class has their own vibes, some are more suitable for more men/women in 50, some is better for GenZ...so on and so on....
