I am new to Real Estate.I am currently overwhelmed with the options available and which step I should take first.I am an entrepreneur and Accountant and all I keep thinking is "what's the problem so I can present a solution?"

The couple is behind on paying me rent by a few hundred dollars, and the guy wants to apply his half of the security deposit to pay part of what he owes me (and pay me the rest in cash).I'm a bit overwhelmed by the newness of this.

But, even more importantly know your limits stay within your means and comfort level at first don't take on to big of a project and get overwhelmed.

There is no reason to feel overwhelmed.

For people who aren't HUGE and completely overwhelmed, I feel like quickbooks may be a waste and slight overkill.

And yes, we only allow members with paid accounts to post in the Marketplace, because we have a staff to pay, to keep this site up and running.

We always send tenants a birthday card and during the holidays we send tenants 2 dinner coupons and a movie ticket and with a hand written thank you card from everyone on the staff.

There is so many approaches it can be overwhelming.

It seems to overwhelming to me right now when I read about how many letters you have to send out for a lead. 

I have access to 2 administration staff 7 days a week.
