Solar panel? 

Once you get everything done ask the electric company to install an surge protector on the meter box which is like $200 bucks, than get level two surge protection on the panel box inside.

Anyway, I was working in one of the upstairs bedrooms where I had identified some water damage and so I begin to cut away the paneling under the window and when I pulled it back, HELLO, there was an active yellow jacket nest that was about the size of a Cantaloupe Melon.

@Genny Li  two of our student tenants actually shattered a sliding glass door panel because they were horsing around and put a chair through it (I think).

For example, that 4 unit better have a panel in addition to the hard-wiring, and the 3-unit better be hard-wired.

In my case, the parking lot and breaker panels are high on their radar.

On average every damn 30 minutes I get a call from some gadamn business trying to sell me solar panels, car warranty, skip tracing, telling me my website needs work (FOR  REAL?!)

Also, look into Green Bonds or Green loans if you are adding EV charging or solar etc. as Banks like to access that source of money if you're modernizing a building to be Energy efficient or leed compliant.
