I know this is an older thread, but since it’s been revitalized....I will expand on what @Ned Carey states above.Texas was the first state to place ominous restrictions on land contracts, and servere penalties for violations.

We do have some shelving in the garage and I'm considering a more sturdy slotted metal shelving from Menards. 

Only changed the price once and saw how it was done; coin slots are simple.

You did offer him another slot and he refused, so it isn't like you didn't give him options or notice that you were coming.

Search them by email and phone number on Facebook/Instagram (some people have dual accounts attached to each).If they have a position that would require a work email you can run their name and company website through a tool such as hunter.io or voilanorbert.com and for a very small fee you can ping their servers to see if they have company email address.Simplest screening step was already mentioned... rent to income ratio.

And these were east side Cs.My server, big ugly Tony, may do well owning these things. 

I even hired a process server to try and get it done.  

They send notifications to my email when I have a voicemail or text.Payments: I have a drop slot in a door under the stairs.

I would also want to know the landlords age of the roof, type of exterior and street lighting, any website promoting the center, what type of sign at the road and if you get a slot for visibility, what type of sign you can put on the building itself above your space, age of the parking lot, etc.
