This would make decision making hard, on top of likely needing owners to sign mortgage guarantees, etc.Not enough involvement/too many owners, that you no longer satisfy SECs rules for involvement and it is really a security that needs registered or exempted.Some middle ground, like DSTs or these other fractional ownership, where the admin work is so intensive that fees need to be higher to make it worthwhile for the operator.Then again, I am drawn to real estate, so by nature drawn to traditional, proven structures.  

But you can always ask for new leases to be signed.

So the play was these fellows would hunt down who lost the house get them to sign a deed over to them for say 500.00 then they would sell this deed for say 5 to 10k and sometimes much more there buy extingishing the redemption rights and the bidder could start right away on rehab etc.. its was just a cash for keys grab..  

Good Morning all, am in the process of selling my coop first per loan officer and will be buying coop (2bedroom) pending sale of unit on contract we signed- my question is when I do my taxes will I be hit with anything ?

Is there any type of document I can make the buyer sign for these 2 weeks he will be occupying the property in order to cover myself?
