Will people share how much money they raised?

Hoping others experienced similar with input to share, lessons learned etc.1) REFRIGERATOR: Brand new refrigerator was installed after tenant  maybe two-three years ago. 

I can’t attend local real estate gatherings and any investor I network with won’t share their contractor without getting anything in return. 

My only goal was to share a story and prompt a discussion.

Appreciate anyone willing to share. 

Even if you believe you can stomach the monthly payments, paying $20K a year to carry a piece of land based on the information you shared is not recommended.
