-Would 4bd/3ba more desirable to rent vs the other 3/2?

All the cruises we really wanted were completely sold out except on less desirable cruise lines (the motel 6 of the Cruise lines). 

Contact our political employees, air our grievances, DEMAND our actions we desire because again, they are OUR employees.

I would than puck it back to the tenant asking what REASONABLE solution can they help me with, to propose, that BOTH meet's there desire and building rules.

Or they must find home in not a desirable area but the price to rent now makes sense to not buy home in good area but rent it.I am curious on math if rates go to 6% long term, where prices will have to be at a ratio to income.

The desired area is next to a university and a hospital, and only about 15 minutes to downtown Denver.

This could be due to high demand, competitive pricing, or desirable location.The List to Sold Price Percentage is 97.2%, indicating that homes are typically selling close to their listing price.

Although, The community college and great high school make this a  very desired area and therefore may warrant the somewhat costly renovations.  

When a really desirable one hits the market, it's usually gone within a few days, sometimes hours.
