A yes-or-no questionIn this place known for its breakneck expansion and the new nickname “Silicon Desert,” eviction is its own thriving economy.Evictions make work for attorneys, for locksmiths, for self-storage centers, for moving companies and for government staff.

Everyone has their own “take” on every aspect of “wholesaling” covering a full range of opinions, emotions, and of course self interest.In an inflamed rhetoric environment I have previously been accused of being anti wholesaler and biased.  

How are showings handled – agent-showings, open-house showings or self-showings?

If not, then 2 things come to mind:1) you should not give the impression you are associated with BiggerPockets.2) this is advertising/self-promotion that should be in the Classifieds...Thought I'd share that before a Moderator chimes in......My 2 cents,Mike

I work with plenty self-employed people that qualify in many different types of ways, for different loan types depending on your situation.

Been around for quite some time and have made runs trying to acquire a SS facility and also considered developing in the past but now feel like its time. Will just flat out raise my hand and say I'm new... but have be...

I have been able to acquire 12 doors out of state in less than a year of the program by my self, and now I have over 300+ units under management with partners.

Im not a self fixer upper guy, so not real interested in those types at this time.
