You start to feel like you might want to shoot yourself if you have to scrub down another beyond filthy fridge.  

If you do anything with the drive, scrub it and treat or stain it (if concrete) or roll a sealant coat on it (if asphalt).

But the tenant was prone to using spray chlorine & one of those green scrubbing pads to clean the counter tops & the use of a cutting board would have helped prevent compromising the surface.

That said, I'm open to any position, even if I am scrubbing toilets, maybe hear some useful nuggets of REI knowledge through an air duct?

If you simply want them to scrub the US to narrow down submarkets, based on various census metrics, then yes.

Make sure you scrub the list for DNC to stay compliant as well as skip trace the owners of the list once the list has been scrubbed for the personal names of the LLC.
