I have a husband and 2 kids and I promised my son we wouldn't move again until he has graduated high school (3 years).

I've been renting it out since 2017. 1 story, 4 bed 2 bath in Frisco ISD (very good school district). 2012 old and generally in good shape. 

The master’s or PHD was yet to come if you keep reading.Later I had accumulated a couple of res. rentals near the U of MD prof. schools and they were really good rentals – graduate and professional students.

Any kids in school?

I'll check on the rent, it would likely be medium term as it's near a hospital and several schools for students/traveling nurses etc.

I'm not from the school of the customer is always right, but I do believe in being open-minded, listening, communicating and attempting to correct any issues.  

The kicker is he now realizes he's out of options and is emailing me that he's going to "win be back" and "convince me to stay" like this is some high school romance.

If you are calling an area you live in, you always lead with that, "I am a local homebuyer/wholesaler and live only a few blocks away, went to this high school, etc."

If one of the units you will occupy is larger in GLA/bed/bath count its okay or if its closer to work or school.

I think a reasonably priced market that's growing and has a diversified economy with relatively low crime and good schools.
