The forum is very responsive and you will likely get a response very quickly from the members here. 

However, another factor was that the septic tank was shared with the neighbor and there were no written agreements in place as to who was responsible for expenses.

Hey Kyle -  It’s a big responsibility, but also a huge opportunity.

The lease agreement is quite vague and doesn’t outline responsibilities clearly.

There are several courses online, but before paying a dime it would be helpful to watch the several videos on YOUTUBE on giving prompts.
