or you can do a payment plan.I help one of my builders out of one were the bank took a payment plan.. i made the payments and subdivided the property and built 3 homes.. rescued him and made a few sheckles as well.

No good deed goes unpunished it seems.I was leasing a place recently and had all sorts of inquiries from people with large dogs, one had three 'rescue' dogs, another rather comically had a dog and a puppy, and when I hesitated on the phone another tenant in the background said rather urgently, "tell him they are therapy dogs."

In Los Angeles there is a limit to 3 dogs and 3 cats unless you are a breeder with a license (I used to run a dog rescue and got very familiar with the laws).
