Even if you are fine with carrying the high premiums during a flip, I think this really hurts your prospects on the sale.  

Baseline says users receive the funds in “as little as 2 days”.  

Unless its condo, co-op, or HOA you should be fine.

If you do, I switched to Madison a few years ago and they’ve been fine. 

As long as you underwrote it conservatively you should be fine there.  

For example in Tampa its younger and a lot of people are fine living next to an STR and they are more likely to be a friend than a foe. 

There are a ton of qualified broker and lenders out there that can offer this product but be sure to receive the proper education when iyb comes to structuring the deal correctly.
