I am not so much worried about this year but thinking about how easily I could sell a potential property in 10-20 years. 

One of the turn key companies that I found through bigger pockets doesn't have properties available in the areas that this new company I working with could potentially set me up for.

I have a commitment to invest in rental properties, meet professionals  & eventually meet potential business partners!

It isn't one of the cheapest in all of Central America; however, it has so much untapped potential that is hard not to look the other way.
