What are the chances you postpone the hard lending reno piece?

GavinI had to postpone my trip to Lakeland due to the weather. 

It also allows for postponement of taxes. 

If that’s not the case currently, postponing is definitely a fine strategy as long you define your goals.

My lawyer tells me they usually get 2 automatic 30 day postponements.

They have a ton of options for stopping/pausing/postponing the foreclosure and selling is the last thing they want to do.

@Edward Briley   the issue you will run into is the 2 or 3 you want to bid on will in most instances not go to sale.. they will BK, redeem, someone Sub 2 them, postpone etc etc.
