Any one else up at this hour pondering real estate?

Hey BP Fam,I have been pondering for several months on this so I decided to reach out to you and ask of you opinions.

This is something that I've pondered in my future bubble.

I look at many of the posts on BP and ponder how much some of these folks are going to lose.

He would like a few days to Ponder his advice and speak with her attorney before we move ahead .

I would not spell out your next steps, let them ponder on it. 

These are the questions that I sit and ponder as I type.

I have a fair amount of cash saved up for a down payment which I have pondered about using to buy an investment property with my father who has very little retirement savings/plans.

But what I'm pondering is what about you poor guys in the middle who can take a calculated risk and even if the s**t hits the fan you can ride it out long enough to break even or get a profit.

I was in my 20s of course, where losing it all doesn't mean as much as it does now... just being honest.I don't live in a mansion, but i am pondering if I would sacrifice or put it at risk, at this stage in my career, to put it all at risk... but with the potential to get me to the NEXT level or wealth t success.
