It is a pre-manufactured, and much "beefier" (Lower left photo) support system designed to provide additional vertical and horizontal resistance in wind, snow, and seismic zones for which the design criteria has been pre-approved and stamped by an engineer.

I pulled over and took a photo of the sign to quickly save the info.

He said he will email me photos, but as of yet I have not seen any. 

I take care of the maintenance and make-ready as needed with full disclosure (photos, receipts and contractor bids), so no problem there. 

I skipped past the photo upload and can't figure out how to do it now :( 

Anything other than dropping the price that you did to spark more interest perhaps staging and re-posting photos?

Even if it is not visible from the ground the property inspector should note it and photo it for the home buyer (assuming they get a home inspection when purchasing the property)  Just my two cents...
