Go to the movie industry I forgot which dept exactly and let them know you have a space to rent for short lease or whatever you all agree to ,and get top dollar from those entertainment folks who come to the A for work ,and privacy is high priority for them if you allow pets on your property that maybe a plus think of B list actors or just folks who want to feel normal

If it were my rental, given that I'd like to keep a good tenant and not have turn over costs, I would agree to a pet WITH a pet deposit, and not agree to a rent reductionI do not charge "pet rent"
