I'm 16 years old and recently realized real estate is what i'm going to do. i vision myself very successful and know this is the career for me.

We have the LLC because we want brand our business and we plan on holding property for resale and rentals in the future.It was one of the first items on our "vision board" and helped us start moving forward.

Nobody cares about a vision statement except you, and you seem to have a good idea where you're heading so its served its purpose.

He had no authority in SF deals as he really didn't grasp the future vision of the deal so much, I was the only one who would underwrite them as to guarantees and originations, and after accomplished the deal was passed off to manage.

I have the mac version which is missing some features of the windows version but has been great in helping me try to give our contractors a vision of what we are looking for.  

I know @Bryan Hancock has a lot of vision, and @Jon Klaus , @Will Barnard and @J Scott (will someone @mention J Scott for me?)

What I have done, however, is read, post, comment, take notes, listen to blogs and network with people on this wonderful website.There is so much information on here, that it can be a little overwhelming at times, and of course, there are differing opinions on almost every subject in regards to Real Estate (except for the awesomeness of this site).As newbies (for those who are), we have a tendancy to dive in head first without planning, having a clear vision and setting reasonable goals.

I got this 2/1 for a great deal, I intend to rehab & hold.. I cant figure out what to do with the exterior, I've thought windows siding, roof, landscaping. Another route would be to add a 2 car garage and maste...

I was at a commercial conference last week and they were discussing the vision New Yorkers have for Miami.

With a good rehabbing, and vision, im sure each unit could rent for about $550-$700 a month.
