I asked him how do you sell these cars ( I saw ads for 100 down) with so low down and you carry the contract are you not worried about someone buying one and then driving off to New Orleans or somewhere else.He said Boy  my clients will be born  live and die in a 5 square miles..

Hi my name is Greg & to answer your question.I live in New Orleans & im a license contractor in the state & what i know is that depends on if it's structual you will need a contractor & if it's Cosmetics you will not need a contractor.At the same time keep in mind you will always need a license sub contractor such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.
