Just wondering what is the best way to get rid of pet odor?

Also, ODOR is a huge issue.

Single-pane windows, original doors, stained carpet that may hold pet odor, walls are dirty, blinds broken, floors not swept, etc.

I may go by the rehab property once a week the most, when I need to pick up some tools or supplies I have there.So today I stopped by to drop off two ceiling fans, as soon as I opened the door this totally repulsive odor hit me in the face. 

I grumbled thinking I was going to run down and fix it, but realized that I own a phone and can call a local contractor.

I find the forums great for research and finding answers to specific questions (like your pet odor question from a few days ago); and I find the podcasts useful in a few ways: 1.

Then I tried Clorox urine remover for stains and odors - this was highly reviewed - none of these items seemed to work.

Fire remodels cost a lot so be sure to have a nice cushion to work with on the profit.I have eliminated smoke odor in about a dozen fires this way.  

Kilz (oil based) does a very good job of covering odors.

After they left and a new tenant moved in, they complained about the pet odor, even though they have 3 dogs (only 2 allowed on the lease).
